It’s been a long few weeks, putting together the 2016 Top 50 LMS Report. Before, I jump into the Top 10 for 2016, some interesting bits of info. 43 profiles, whereas each vendor responded to 12 questions – covering everything from setup fees to data centers to latest features to support/training to security/privacy. .

Top 10 Learning Systems 23-24

If they were a vendor who played in EdTech (K-12, HE) but also played into corporate and did so, not just by having clients find them, but actively through marketing, they were considered too. Strictly If the vendor was a custom shop building a system, off say Moodle or whatever code they are using that is open source? Strictly EdTech?

Corporate LMS Forecasts 2018

I reviewed the numbers from 2016 for predications for 2017, and despite a couple of hiccups, still crossed over the 90% percentile once again. What some folks will do, vendor wise, is tie-in the skills driven angle with their system itself or within the KRT. More LMS vendors to offer some content/courses for free.

ATD ICE 2016 – Post Review

If you were like me and attended the ATD ICE 2016 show, you would have come away exhausted. BTW, as a bonus to my post birthday – I am offering 25% off my Top 50 LMS 2016 Report. I saw a lot more folks than in previous shows and more e-learning vendors too. Vendors were in the basement. That is a plus in my book.
