Particular behaviors are easy to learn. Learning designs dont need to specifically minimize forgetting (enable remembering). Content doesnt need validation. (Do Do we really know if were teaching the right stuff?) Learning is always beneficial. It is never disruptive or distracting. It never misinforms. We have to measure ROI.
