The more important missing piece for gaining user adoption of enterprise collaboration tools is less obvious. Laurie Buczek , in her Beyond the Cube blog, describes the Big Failure of Enterprise 2.0 Just as it is with sound instructional design, context is key. This makes a lot of sense.
