I'm never sure what updates people will see, but I wanted to alert people that I've made a small update to my page: Software Simulation eLearning (w/ links to Tools) The update primarily added some data from the eLearningGuilds Research at the bottom of the page - eLearning Tools Satisfaction.

Adobe Captivate: Mac Cures

.     Select the  Privacy  category and, from the  Allow the apps below to control your computer area , select Adobe Captivate.app.     Start Captivate and create a software simulation. Select the  Arrangement  category and enable  Mirror Displays.

Adobe Captivate: Use Smart Shapes Instead of Text Captions

ADOBE CAPTIVATE 2017: Setting the Capture Caption Style

If you create a software simulation using Adobe Captivate, you can elect to have Captivate automatically create text captions for you. All you need to do to ensure that the captions are created is enable Text Captions prior to recording a simulation. From the Recording category at the left, select Defaults.
