For example, I like Thought Industries as a customer training LMS, but the platform is missing items for NexGen, which is suprising because it has the modern UI, which folks would thus assume, oh, it must be NexGen. . SaaS authoring tools, well the ones I think are top-tier, are offering more and more templates than ever before, especially for B2B/B2C such as product training for example. It is still a work in progress. . I wish everyone would do that.

I get it that your customers may not be using mobile, but the fact of the world is that mobile is very important. Big minuses for me include a lack of skill management (they have features, but not all that I look at, still though, might be enough for most folks – as I am picky), and video management. Between the two systems, I am leaning more towards LMS365, just because I honestly believe it has a future in the SharePoint space much more so than their other product (nothing against it, but…). I’m not sure why they “appear” as separate products on their site. Cornerstone OnDemand. One last item to mention.

Most of the time (as is the case with Oracle) these are different products. I know the folks from CornerStone and their product does some really interesting things. As these systems catch up, this will make the market really hard for Saba and SumTotal. However, when you get low counts, the numbers are highly suspect.
