Here’s how you create a thumbnail preview image for your PowerPoint file: 1. Click File followed by Info to open what Microsoft call the backstage. Make sure the Thumbnails check box is ticked at the bottom of the list and then click OK followed by Delete Files. Refreshing the preview image.

In addition to the theme formatting, you can also format the page itself, by adding images, graphics, and other content. This may be because the file size is huge. A 27MB PowerPoint file turned into a 101MB Word file. It’s easy to import the color theme from your presentation. The same goes for fonts too.
