The way a 3rd party content provider works with an LXP (or any learning system that offers a marketplace) is that they have a partnership agreement – allowing the vendor to have them in their marketplace. For example, GO1 has provided five courses/content in the past for free for some vendors. All 3rd party content is fee-based.

Thus, I focused on at least 50% for Tier 5 (although the higher the better, but even today, vendors are still a work in progress on these items), 85% or higher for Tier 4, 100% Tier 3. I won’t say who the vendor is, but they are big into adaptive learning and push that as the key for their system. Every item received points.

I know and understand why customers focus heavy on it, but be aware that the majority of vendors are on AWS, plus have 256 bit AES (minimum) and numerous fail safes. I’ve been in the e-learning industry for over 20 years (yowsa) and to date, I know of only one vendor in all those years, who has been hacked. Is it once a day?

I’ve never heard of someone at any of these vendors mention blue-collar when discussing job roles based on skills. . More vendors in that space, now refer to themselves in some other manner, digital learning platform, learning platform.
