I recommend adopting their tools and their security mechanisms. My suggestion is that you don't really try to sell Yammer or a Wiki or any other kind of tool. As a side note, I think selling Twitter/Yammer is harder than selling social bookmarking and wikis. I'd think that's a compelling internal blog and/or podcast.
