I created a PowerPoint Captivate Project and then saved it as responsive. When I use the layout preview while working on the project, the slides maintain aspect ratio as they change size. But when I do a project preview and change the size, the slides get squished or stretched instead of maintaining aspect ratio.

  When creating a new project in Storyline, you are not presented with a dialogue box to input slide size.   The more important value in project slide dimensions is really the aspect ratio which happens to be 4:3. This default aspect ratio is the most commonly used in computer monitors, TV sets, and most tablets.

That example was for a non-responsive (maybe rescalable) project. At the end I promised a follow-up article discussing how this can be realized in a responsive project, developed with Fluid Boxes. No changes are needed for the Multistate workflow, it works perfectly in a Fluid Boxes project. Great news!
