I wouldn’t slide Training as part of this scene, although there may be companies where internally Training oversees performance. Perhaps you purchase an HCM with performance as a module or cornerstone. Again, HR, is dependent on the business, etc. At the places I worked, it wasn’t.

Cycle B- LMS Transparency. I have several gripes when it comes to the LMS and its subset space. Yeah, I’d say so.

Unless you ask are you exclusive which means “the only learning system” at the company, association, etc – the vendors won’t cover that, while showing you the clients. Ditto for associations – trade and professional. Not relevant. The vendors as a whole, not just the 75, will always show big names.
