Well, we are getting towards this with an Offline Player for your LMS. An offline player, in the context of elearning, is a program which allows learners to download elearning content when they are connected to the internet, then complete the training later when disconnected. Not so long ago all learning was delivered offline.

Currently, Litmos does not offer the ability for online/offline synchronization with a mobile device. How about – Litmos actually skinning the product themselves – as the majority of vendors do – at no additional charge or more simple click customization options.

Also they have no online/offline synchronization which is becoming important to those TPs focusing on B2B and even B2C channels. #8 I’d also want to see online/offline synchronization which currently does not exist. . #4

Those who aren’t are either offering native apps with online/offline synch or performing the shell game via the mobile web browser and calling it mobile learning. Online/Offline Synch. I am quite amazed at the number of vendors who really have zero idea on what the terminology of online/offline synchronization.
