Since there is so much available information for anyone to find what they need, when they need it — through search engines, Wikipedia, Mooc’s or YouTube. Learners need information to solve an immediate need or problem, or decide for themselves where, when and how to complete courses to gain new skills or knowledge. Conclusion.

Such interventions can only partially help in transferring knowledge to the workplace. ADDIE, for instance, is oriented around a content mindset, not context. LEARNNOVATORS: Back in the day, formal learning was the only source of information or expert knowledge. Number one is our methodology. However, that’s not the case today.
