In virtual training, most platforms like Zoom, Teams, and Adobe Connect have polling features built in. This would be especially effective for very large training audiences, where a discussion would be too unwieldy. For classroom training, you can use a live poll tool like Mentimeter or Slido.

That could be on ground (if that’s part of the blend), but also works well in virtual instructor-led training (vILT) using tools like Zoom, Adobe Connect, or WebEx. Role plays and other interaction practice are best live with a trainer or facilitator.

I have used all the other major tools (WebEx, GoToMeeting, Adobe Connect, Google Hangouts, Skype, etc.), This list is constantly evolving, and I have a list of solutions I need as well. Collaboration and Communication. Zoom: Zoom is my preferred platform for video conferencing. but Zoom works with the fewest technical challenges.

Hurrying leads to cliches. You won’t do this for everything, but take the time for quiet reflection for the important presentations.

 The ideal vendor solution might be the Adobe Connect training module.  My client wants two things that I am stuck on: 1) good server software for posting CBTs and then having basic tracking of student usage.  Things like Moodle are overkill, as we don’t need grading, blogging, wikis, etc., however fashionable they may be.

Virtual training is live, synchronous training with an instructor using an online tool like WebEx, Adobe Connect, or Zoom. If the trainers deliver sessions 8 times a week (2 per day, 4 days a week), that increases number of people they can teach without increasing the class size. Virtual training (vILT).
