My take is that some systems with such features, perceive there is a market of those who are not interested in such solutions from Oracle, SAP, Peoplesoft, Lawson or Workday. Assessment/Survey tool – I’m starting to see this as a feature (not required mind you). The would rather have a streamlined solution.
