Inserting MP4 video into Captivate 2019 error messages

I am having a brand new issue with inserting MP4 videos into a Captivate lesson. I receive the videos from my client as.avi files and then I render them in Photoshop and save them as MP4s. The files import into Captivate without an issue. If I click yes, I get the following: Cannot get FLV duration from the metadata.

When viewing the swf file, the videos appear to be attempting to load (i get loader icon indications) but the video never loads. I need this video saved into the swf file, if at all possible.
