Relevance drives out resistance

You can try as hard as you like to engage learners, using flashy media, games, quizzes and other interactions, but if the learner does not feel the content is relevant then engagement is just about impossible. When compliance training is mapped to meaningful competences then you stand a chance. It's all a game and employees know this.
