Learning interaction ā€“ or lack of!!

I never liked this saying, and it was very evident by the training that was going on that the manager (or in this case the trainer) didnā€™t understand the basic training principles of see it / try it. It reminded me of the saying ā€“ if you want to get something done ā€“ then do it yourself.
