Learning Environment – Plays a massive role, and goes beyond assigning content to X group, versus Y group (which every system can do), and similar. I’d like to see more on the administration side, and while the system is top tier, to me it is still missing some data visualization tied to extensive metric data.

Be aware you are not changing the functionality angle, nor would you want do – especially around metrics, etc. Thought Industries is for customer education/partner training, associations, and other B2B/B2C, like training providers for example. Coaching is not in cohort-based, and coaching is not the same thing as mentoring.

If you are an existing customer and you want Biz Skills (an add-on, that can be a standalone), after you purchase it, it will – the capabilities automatically show up in the LMS (in the admin side, and learner side).
