This has always been a challenge with various vendors, especially today, where turnkey (out of the box) is the standard, a few tweaks included, and thus implementation times are very short (a plus). Going forward, I will refer to a Talent Development Platform as TDP. If you hear your learning system vendor say “we are in the performance support” business or learning, they are a TDP.
