What about a payment gateway – does the LMS vendor assist you with this or do you have to find your own? Do they have any reports dedicated for the e-commerce functionality? You can apply it to any subject area, including reports. Do you want ad-hoc reports? And once you select one, how does that work with them?

While many eLearning vendors still support AICC, the standard is usually a legacy of older platforms and businesses.
