The blog [link] concludes that somehow the other index files (multiscreen.html etc.) inherit the code to use flash as well. Secondly, when I upload the zip to our Moodle and use the build-in “learning package” option it only chooses the flash files. Somehow the ZIP created still puts.pdf and.swf files in.
