In Rapid Project Management Techniques for e-Learning presented by Coates & Hill of Deloitte, they outlined their approach to creating a big enterprise-wide training program in an extremely aggressive timeframe. If youre providing SMEs with the templates, Im not sure theyll be altering them. I think this is a good vision.

There are great tools with a short learning curve (for example, Adobe Captivate and Articulate Presenter) and tools with a longer learning curve that are really excellent (for example, Lectora, and Flashform). There seems to be a mix between contract and full time positions, and Im not sure how to read into that.

wait, Im getting verbose. Push most of the content out to job aids and then just present the learner with a few compelling scenarios. Cathy Moore urges us to chop the basic fluff out of the course.
