Turbo, which many vendors use that have OpenAI. The output file was a web page. The bug did not appear in either GPT 3.5

Thus, I focused on at least 50% for Tier 5 (although the higher the better, but even today, vendors are still a work in progress on these items), 85% or higher for Tier 4, 100% Tier 3. I won’t say who the vendor is, but they are big into adaptive learning and push that as the key for their system. Every item received points.

The essentials are mobile driven, with the learner focused on using the mobile side of the house, while the admin functionality is web based. Some KRTs will play both front on web, using your browser and with mobile as the primary. Ideally, and by 2019, I think you will see mobile only for learner, and web only for admin. .
