They announced that early in 2008 they will release tools that will allow others to create their own simulations, with their own content.

Then we can get down to addressing how education can be taken forward.

The pipes are all clearly marked showing those carrying different grades of gasoline to the pumps. A local NBC affiliate even featured them in a story they broadcast in March 2008. One where the asphalt can be removed and the major aspects of the underground layout can be observed directly.
