Devlearn conference 2011: retrospective

I’m back home after a great DevLearn conference. Looking (and reading) back at the conference there are several things that stick out for me. Atmosphere. This was my second Guild conference (been to Learning Solutions in March) and one thing that really struck me at both conferences is the atmosphere.

Online Educa 2011 in Berlin

I will be leaving to Berlin to attend the online Educa after I have finished this post. This year easygenerator will have a booth (B44). We share this booth with our friends of ANewSpring, ur german partner ILT will join us and I represent LINGOs at the online Educa. I don’t like the standard setup of expos as the online Educa.

It’s a beautiful ending of 2010, I hope for all of you that 2011 will be at least as beautiful! My house is near the floodplains of the river Waal, they are even more beautiful now. My house looks like a Christmas picture.

What did 100 blog posts bring me?

That of course is nothing in the greater scheme of things, but it is much more than the average visits that I had in 2010 (7 views per day) and 2011 (37 views per day). In 2011 I was asked to contribute to the ASTD’s blog Learning Circuit. One post I wrote for the Learning Circuit blog made it to the top of that list for 2011.

Learning Solutions conference: cool Ipad app! #LS2011
