I got distracted after narrating a slide and the length went to 14 seconds, when it only needs to be 8 seconds. IT WON’T ALLOW ME TO CHANGE THE DURATION OF THE SLIDE! Can someone please tell me how to make what should be a simple edit to me slide. I am ready to scream.

Since 2008 I have been blogging regularly about Captivate. It is labeled ‘ Question Question Slides ‘ and believe me, still has daily views. An inserted Question slide will have these settings by default (except Likert which is set to Survey): Graded. Random Question Slide. Pretest Question Slide.

I watched a basic tutorial recently skipping a very important step and including a cumbersome unnecessary workflow. Lot of questions appear on social media including Adobe forums and eLearning community. You can change it to TAB if you have mulltiple TEB’s on the slide. That is not possible with the default FIB quiz slide.

However to record a Video Demo or a Software simulation you did have to edit the AdobeCaptivate.ini file. In Captivate 2017 this is no longer necessary, thanks to the Adobe team! Example movie.
