Social network analysis. Whether Saba can persuade their customers to do any more than use their products for compliance training is the real challenge. The use of widgets, Outlook add-ins, etc. to provide embedded functionality such as providing instant feedback (‘Saba Impressions’). They are definitely giving it a go.
