More of a surprise is that with the exception of 6 web conferencing vendors, who have apps specifically for the iPad/iPad2 market, you can count on one hand the number of LMS/LCMS vendors that offer the same thing. Integrating an online storage/backup capabilities in a LMS. It is extremely disturbing. 57% Online gaming .

Support of the iPad, thus mobile learning. Tin Can compliment – but no native app and no online/offline synch. Integrates with Office 365 via API. Tin Can API with online/offline synchronization – AWESOME! Mobile works on all devices including the Kindle (Amazon). More collaborative features.

The people who suffer the most from this contradiction are the consumers and a vast majority of vendors. While mobile learning is moving at an incredible speed, faster than anticipated by some of my colleagues, it does not come without a cost. Your mobile web browser. Online/Offline synch.
