While IMS & IEEE held meetings to get learning content standards nailed down, ADL just put their foot down with SCORM (and US Defense is a big foot), and it pretty much got everyone’s attention. This has been a barrier to development of services.

Like the iPhone it’s got a touchscreen, but adds a keyboard. For one, it’s integrated all the message you can get, SMS, IM, eMail into one place to respond. It drives me nuts to have to switch apps on the iPhone and have lost the context when I return. Palm has just announced the Palm Pr? And GPS, WiFi, etc.
