I am attempting to embed short (10 sec) video files to a captivate 2019 project and publish it as an swf file. I have checked to ensure that my flash player is up-to-date in my browser (IE) also. When viewing the swf file, the videos appear to be attempting to load (i get loader icon indications) but the video never loads.
