So for content developments sake, looking down the numbers, Id say there is an argument here for focusing on audio as a main component of phone-based content (Im going to quit saying mobile as a general term because who knows what that means anymore - PSP, iPod, cell phone, smartphone, iPhone, UMPC, or whatever). The Experience Designer by Brian Alger is also a pretty worthwhile read. Robinson promotes creativity (same as "innovation" in business circles).

Im surprised this hasnt happened sooner and isnt bigger. Im struck also by the announcement that the new version of the Kindle from Amazon.com is coming soon. Bythat I mean that while not exactly the same, the designers clearlylooked at the user experience they wanted to provide and then lookedfor ways to do that within the confines of this technology.
