Metrics – This is always big for me. Your metrics, should tell the story of learning. How many licenses or seats you have on the main metrics page, means nothing. Way too many metrics focus on completed or assigned angle, even with some customer ed platforms – which in this case, makes no sense.

They want ILT (ugh). Maybe You may come with an instructional design background OR at least understand ADDIE to create your online courses and even ILT (which was what ADDIE was designed for, along with those rotten and worthless manuals nobody reads). You They want you to do whatever is necessary to make that happen. They Start at it.
