A talent development platform says in essence an organization directs employee development thru specific content pushed to a specific job role (current) and future within the organization. By the end of 2021, I am projecting at least 50.

Vendors who have a booth would need to have disinfectant, hand sanitizers and wipes with them at all time, and rub down anyplace that someone put their hand on, on a regular basis, and not say once a day. In past recessions, the e-learning market took a hit. Especially on the vendor side, whereas pricing for systems, dropped in cost.

Equally, I admit I was surprised to see the number of vendors in the learning system space building their own LRS, rather than going 3rd party and integrating it. . I’ve had to go into places who wanted e-learning didn’t have it and wanted to move fast on it, just as I went to places who either had it or didn’t have it poor about getting it done – even though they wanted it done – management, company culture, etc. I’ve had high budgets and really low budgets. .
