LXP – The Answers you seek

They continue to muddle up the learning system space. The way a 3rd party content provider works with an LXP (or any learning system that offers a marketplace) is that they have a partnership agreement – allowing the vendor to have them in their marketplace. Today, it is the format most vendors follow, including LXPs.

Too many vendors are focusing on talent/performance management as the next feature/component in their systems. rather then going through the LMS vendor. I have found I can land a better price then using the quick way via the LMS vendor.
