If someone spins they are a micro-learning platform, they slide under here. For the record, every system out there can do micro-learning, and have been able to, since 2000.

SharePoint – Social Learning Savior?

On Fire in 2013 – What’s going to be hot in e-learning

What is nice about HTML5 is it is less taxing on cpu resources, you can add geolocation and APIs and you can do with it than you can with Flash (speaking of fire, I expect nothing less than hot tempers with that point). In 2000, I had a LMS in the cloud and felt safe. My USB is secure, until someone steals it. You can too.
