As an eLearning developer, sometimes you're given a completed PowerPoint project and told to "fix it" or you need to use it in another program (such as Captivate). While there is no way from within PowerPoint to directly extract audio and image files from a presentation, there is a workaround. Open the ppt folder.

If Photoshop makes you sweat, then you’ll be happy to know that starting in PowerPoint 2007, there are a number of pretty useful filters you can do to “recolor” your backgrounds and PowerPoint 2010 adds a number of new effects. Do you know of another tool besides adobe connect for creating an on demand module that has the webcam/video locked in the upper corner while having a ppt.
