Last week we were at Learning Technologies 2012 in London braving the winter chill here in London. I would say, undoubtedly, it was mobile learning. If you were there I’m sure you sensed mobile learning was in the air. So many vendors offering mobile solutions will help the market expand faster.

For each of these items in e-learning. In 2012 it has been all about collaborative/peer review with authoring products, and it still will be in 2013, but the avatars/actors with/without backgrounds are going to be in “fuego” Where can it go? In 2012, I’ve seen a slow uptake with tools that can output to HTML5.

There is a growing list of vendors, including small/mid size that are adding talent management components that match the Big Dog systems. A couple of vendors have added HRIS modules. It is interesting to note, that many of the vendors are targeting the SMB space, especially the small size (less than 500 employees) market.
