So I have no expertise in this area -- and perhaps this is really just a note to self to look into this topic more -- but Im just wondering how brain plasticity relates to the recent NIH study out that claims that cognitive ability is mostly developed by adolescence (found via Jay Cross ). I can see how theorists might argue that reading text aloud to the learner addresses multiple "learning styles," but the real-world experience is one of frustration: you want to read ahead but you cant because the narrator reads more slowly than you do. Im with you. But I just thought that was my learning style. Youre right.

2) Watch an online Adobe Connect presentation in one screen and blog about it in the other. Back to the Google Desktop -- Im playing around a bit with the searching capabilities and am seeing the light. So the search feature -- I get that and Im sold. 3) Read Outlook messages in one and find a file in the other.
