The key difference between them and say the LMS market in general are analytics and reporting – as in not as robust or strong than say on average for the LMS space. Machine Learning aka Predictive Analysis. Learning Platforms for me have become a separate entity within the entire learning system marketplace.

Saying your system can accurately predict is another matter. Thus, if I as the employee can pick what courses/content I want to take that is of interest to me, the likelihood I will stay increases. But, that is in general. And here is where I find fault. Consider these facts.

I recommend adding on Domo for stronger analytical capabilities Edolando (FAL) – Combo, skews more towards employees ELMO Learn with Rewards/Recognition and Predict – Employee focused eloomi – Combo enabley (CEP, FAL) – Combo, a bit of a wildcard – I like that. Strong Player.

Big minus is the analytics angle – which I see in some other SaaS RCATs too. You read that right – it uses predictive analysis – which I call deep learning – to identify future content to view based on certain variables including what you – learner has viewed. Let’s zing right in.

I did not have enough courses in the system to see the “Recommended Courses”, but the system will use machine learning (aka predictive analysis) to recommend courses – based on what you have completed. I state completed rather than currently taking (without mandatory completion) because the LMS as a whole is setup that way.

They were created for WBT and analytical information. Analytics from the K-12 standpoint is solid. Getting back to Spoke, another buy and go live today system although they will help you if you ask, the analytics are the simplified version but again its on a trend cycle (industry wise) and they accept APIs.
