I even tried changing the Preloader to 25% with no luck. Some other things to note: The course was originally built in Captivate 2017 (10.0.0), but I have edited, converted, and published to Captivate 2019 (11.0.0). Is there anything I should be doing to avoid this?

Converting the shape to a button was much easier to create nice buttons than the older workflow with Image button. By default the SVG converted to button is set up like a shape button: clickable area is the bounding box. I need some more exploration time to prepare a complete overview of all the changes related to themes.
