I have gone to make small changes to an existing Captivate eLearning course created in Captivate 9, in doing so it has been converted to Captivate 2019. I now have a problem where the formatting of my slides has changed substantially and now appear all over the place. They are fine when I view them in the workspace.

Before we get started, I have: Captivate 2019, 11.0.1.266 and this is the latest version. Second thing: Chrome and Preview worked 100% correctly 2 weeks ago, it’s only been in the last week or so that the problem described below has started.

About two weeks ago Captivate 10, now labeled Captivate 2017 was released. In previous versions this dialog box had only 3 items. Captivate 9 was the first release which could be used on retina screens. After the capture process you had to edit that same file again to be able to use Captivate on that screen.
