The end of the LMS was a common theme, the impact of L&D will never be the same made the rounds (I guess training is okay then?). Ethena is an LMS that pushes compliance heavily, that is employee-focused. A legit training management system would be Training Orchestra. LMSs were not created specifically for compliance.
