We don’t have cable TV, but download or stream most of our media content over the Internet. We see the industry changing quickly as the marketplace matures and program requirements become more sophisticated. We are adapting as we speak. In my house, we have multiple devices including laptops, iPhones, iPads and iTouches.

I live at the end of dead-end road with a little stream running through the backyard and a forest of trees to look upon. I have been told that my 3 1/2 year old daughter looks exactly like I did at that age. I think she must be WAY cuter than I was. Im supposed to tag seven other people, which Im feeling really lazy about.

Dan Roddy has gone off on a cognitive load theory research stint lately. Or perhaps that a pebble thrown in one place produces ripples in lots of ponds. Knowledge is viral.

My main takeaway has been to add moments for reflective learning -- pauses in the voice stream to let the learner think about his or her own experience and apply it to the workplace. Ideally, Im trying to figure out how to make this a bit interactive. Even something as simple as having the learner type their ideas on the screen. .

Could you stream out a motivating example to learners before they come to a learning event? What media can you show -- a video about repair? Telecommunications, Healthcare were at the top, although there were others. Dont want to make user go through a large amount of content. Ways to help people be much more productive.
