We can use audio and video to record the wisdom of an expert. For example, a video of a SME explaining an important process can easily be converted into an audio-only file, and a text transcript with very little effort or cost. I'm a mac user and prefer Pixelmator. If you are on a Mac then you either use Final Cut Pro or iMovie.
