Brainstorms and project ideas go in the wiki. Now Ive left Word behind and am writing everything directly in the wiki. My sense is, theyll learn a lot and come into that meeting with great ideas. And theyre just so much more flexible than writing in Word, particularly when you want to embed multimedia, etc.
