For a system and a company worth an estimated 1B dollars, the UX for metrics should be impressive borderline unbelievable. 23 questions. A few more.

Metrics – These will tell you the story of learning. I wouldn’t touch the Saba solution, which has another alphabetical salad of letters, because CBX is significantly better. The analytics on CBX, while solid, needs a major UI/UX revamp, and more metrics that align for today’s workforce. The admin side, ditto.

I’d like to see more on the administration side, and while the system is top tier, to me it is still missing some data visualization tied to extensive metric data. Metric wise, extremely well done. NexGen is above average.
