Last week I was fortunate to attend the Learning 2011 conference, organized every year by Elliott Masie. While I’m currently working with a client that provides at least certain segments of their staff with tablets, this is definitely the exception. Bill Clinton at Learning 2011 — at least, I think it was Bill Clinton.

As I wrote in a previous blog post, at least three definitions of learning agility are being used in the field. Elliott Masie suggests a third definition of learning agility. The most successful employees will be those who embrace the change and seek out learning when, where, and how they learn best. Each is worth considering.
