PowerPoint is also useful for creating cool visual effects outside of a presentation. This post will provide step-by-step instructions for how to create transparent graphics in PowerPoint and save them as a portable network graphic (PNG) file for use in an e-learning module. I also use it to create graphics for my e-learning modules.

I had problems with PNG files (they outputted fuzzy) so you might consider TIF or JPG instead. So like KDP, CreateSpace is effectively free apart from proofing and shipping (and perhaps designing a cover). You will want to make sure that any illustrations you have are hi-res: at least 300 dpi, but higher if possible.

For example, you could take a group of images and add a one pixel border to each, make the images 200×200 pixels and change the file format from JPG to PNG. You can add effects such as borders, edge effects or watermarks. Select an output directory if you wish, then choose the file format such as PNG, PSD, or BMP.

For video files,mp4 is perfect for effective and valuable videos. For images, a PNG or JPG file is ideal at approximately 800 x 600px. To touch on the technicalities, all you have to know is the ideal file types and sizes to perfectly integrate your media into your ideal employee learning strategy.
