Captivate published project in an internal server

One of my captivate project is not working in an internal server,this project is published in HTML5 version and i have checked the HTML tracker, as such there are no unsupported slides or objects found. Once this project published in local server and giving the correct URL to the browser, it keep showing load icon for a long time.
