to the expo vendors who forgot to bring any type of product example to the show – this event will go down in history! An additional fee of $700 per day for vendors who wanted to use Wi-Fi, which some vendors found to be spotty at best. If I was to place an estimate on it – it would 50% e-learning.

Benefit: Reduces calls to administrator and training/learning person who oversees the system and department. Reduces costs to vendor, which is big because everyone knows that support inc. Expect it to continue.
